103rd Session of the Central Annual Conference

THE REQUESTED NUMBER OF VENDORS HAS BEEN REACHED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST!

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 103rd Session of the Central Annual Conference. In addition to completing the Vender Application below, we want to make you aware of the following:

1. We are limiting the number of vendors to four (4). With the restricted space available, we hope to accomodate vendors with enough space for your patrons without impeding the flow of traffic throughout the building and creating unnecessary hazards.

2. The vendor registration fee is $250.00. This includes the $75.00 vendor fee for the Town of Santee as we will obtain licenses on your behalf. Payments should be made payable to Brown Chapel AME Church (Vendor Registration on the memo line) and submitted no later than August 31, 2026.

3. Submit advetisement signage we can use to showcase here once you have been approved.
